Bookkeeping & Financial Admin
I can take care of the day-to-day financial admin that keeps your business organised, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, sales and purchase invoices, credit control, supplier accounts, expenses, payroll and pensions.
I work with Xero, Sage and QuickBooks and can help get your records organised, keep them up to date and make sure you have a clear picture of where your business stands.
I’m AML supervised and can act on your behalf with HMRC for the services I provide. I can also manage your Making Tax Digital requirements and complete MTD submissions for you.
Admin & Office Support
I provide reliable day-to-day admin support to help keep your workload under control. This can include email management, document creation, quotes and invoicing, scheduling, data entry, customer and supplier administration and the general tasks that can quickly take up your time.
Organisation & Systems
If your admin has become disorganised or your current way of working isn’t quite working, I can help put simple, practical systems in place.
This might include organising files and folders, creating Excel spreadsheets and trackers, setting up templates, improving workflows or finding a simpler way of managing a particular part of your business.
One-Off Projects
You don’t need to commit to regular support. I also take on one-off projects, whether that’s sorting out a backlog, setting up a new system, creating a spreadsheet, getting financial records organised or simply dealing with something that’s been sitting on your to-do list.
